An animated musical comedy directed by Don Bluth. Bluth and several colleagues, all of whom were former Disney animators, left Disney in 1979 to form Don Bluth Productions in California. All Dogs go to Heaven was the first production to begin in the new state-of-the art Sullivan Bluth Studio in Dublin Ireland.
