Mr Tilney is a perky little chap. His dapper hat and smart red bow-tie set of his fabulous blue feathers and speckled chest. In the style is of a classic oil portrait from the 1880's, this little Kingfisher is a precious portrait of a proud little bird, dressed in the style of a flamboyant Victorian gentlemen in his Sunday best.
